Bridge Science and Daily Actions for a Longer, Healthier Life

longevity-lens.com is build from my personal readings and to bridge between science and daily actions that you can take for your longevity. So here is what drives me and how I try to bridge this gap.

About me

I didn’t set out to become obsessed with longevity science. It started with a simple question: How can I get more from my training time?

That curiosity sent me down a rabbit hole 🙂.

The Journey

For years, I was chasing performance—optimizing workouts, experimenting with nutrition, pushing my limits. I loved being outdoors, staying active, and feeling strong. But as time passed, my goals shifted. The question evolved from “How do I perform better?” to “How do I stay in excellent shape for decades to come?”

Sleep became crucial. Nutrition became fascinating. Recovery became non-negotiable.

Then a few years ago, I stumbled across an article about longevity research, and everything clicked: This is what I’ve been studying all along. The scattered pieces—training protocols, nutritional timing, sleep optimization, metabolic health—they were all part of one bigger picture: healthspan.

Not just living longer. Living better, longer.
